Duval County John Doe was a baby boy found dead at an airport in northeast Florida.

The victim, whose body with part of the umbilical cord still attached was found in a trash can of a women's bathroom at Jacksonville International Airport. His manner and cause of death have not been determined, the exact circumstances of his birth, such as whether not he was born alive, are unclear. Unspecified findings by a medical examiner insinuated that complications in the baby's birth contributed to his death.
Based on bloodstained paper towels found near the body, it is believed that his mother gave birth in the airport between 10 P.M. and 10:20 P.M. the same night the body was found. The paper towels and some spoons also found at the scene of the incident were different from the kind normally distributed by the airport.
