After a convicted felon named Robert Hey was arrested for firing a gun at two women, sheriffs went to search his home and found a marijuana-growing operation under his house.
They also found a human skull tied to a barbed wire fence outside his home. The skull was theorized to have been stolen from a Native American burial ground, but the medical examiner later opined the remains belonged to Hispanic female, who had died between two and twenty years prior.
