Douglas Halliwell Brick (born October 12, 1950) was a man whose cranium was found by hunters in a mountainous area in rural Salt Lake County, Utah.
He was identified in May 2025.
Case[]
Brick disappeared from his dorm at the University of Utah on October 12, 1973. His car was found abandoned soon after. Police searched the hills near the university but did not find any further sign of him.
Two fragments of Brick's skull were found by hunters near the summit of Black Mountain in 2024 and later matched to Brick's family members via DNA comparison.
