Delaware County Jane Doe was a woman who was found in a field in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
Case[]
The victim was found in a field and had been shot in the face. In December 1981, a man named William Taylor confessed to her murder as well as the murder of 28-year-old aspiring model Sharon Peterson and the murder of Donna Williams, 20, who was found murdered in a motel earlier that year.
According to Taylor, he picked up the unidentified victim after she asked to buy a gun from him. He claimed she asked him to have sex with her which apparently angered him and he shot her for that reason. It's unsure exactly how reliable his account is. He was sentenced to life in prison.
