DeKalb County Jane Doe was a woman found murdered behind a building on Ranchwood Drive, near Lavista Road and the I-285 in northern DeKalb County, Georgia on September 17, 1993.

According to a Radford University article, serial killer Larry DeWayne Hall is a suspect in this case. Hall is speculated to be responsible for the disappearances up to forty-five women during the 1980s and 1990s. Many of Hall's speculated victims were young women that were sexually mutilated and/or found near Civil War memorials. He is currently incarcerated at a North Carolina federal prison for the 1993 kidnapping and murder of Jessica Roach.

Characteristics

Long and curly light brown hair. Frosted appearance.
Extensive dental work: fixed gold bridge, two gold crowns, and both upper teeth are fused to metal crowns.
Full left hip replacement that repaired an intertrochanteric fracture of the left hip. Stainless steel orthopedic plate was present on the lateral aspect of the left femur, extending just below the femoral neck and it was held in place by screws; the plate is described as compression hip screw comprised of two separate devices: a tube plate and a lag screw. Based on the surgery the victim had, it is speculated she suffered a traumatic injury such as a vehicle accident or a fall or suffered from osteoporosis or low bone density and muscle mass.

Blue denim jeans.
White cross-training-type shoes with red & blue stripes with the sole of the left shoe marked XJ900, size 8.
