"David" was one of five homeless men bludgeoned with a metal rod while sleeping on the streets of New York City on October 5, 2019. The other four men died immediately, while David was left in critical condition and died due to his injuries on June 29, 2020. He may have been from Mexico and reportedly provided ages of 49 and 55.
Randy Santos was arrested and charged with murder the same day of the attacks. He plead not guilty for psychiatric reasons.
