Case[]
The victim was a homeless woman. She approached Houchins in the parking lot and mistook him for a woman while talking to him, which sent him into a rage. He hit her with a bottle, and she ran to call the police from a phone box. Another man called Anthony Wilson tried to defend her, and Houchins chased him away with a knife before fatally stabbing the victim.
