Collin County Jane Doe was a woman whose skull was found in a wooded area near Farm Road 455 in Anna, Texas. The skull was first discovered in December 1995, but for unknown reasons, officials didn't get it until May 1996.
A cat with "13" drawn on its chest was etched into the skull.
