Clay County John Doe was a young man who was shot to death by City Marshall Frank Milbourn after he was robbing the post office in Kearney, Missouri on September 5, 1922. No identification was found on him. He may have had a family since a picture of a woman and child was found with him. He is buried at Fairview Cemetery in Kearney.
