Chihuahua City John Doe was a man whose dismembered remains were found under a bridge on Pacheco Avenue in Chihuahua City, Mexico on November 29, 2014. Authorities have attributed his murder to serial killer Andrés Ulises Castillo Villarreal AKA "The Chihuahua Ripper" and "The Urban Development Ripper."

Castillo has confessed to raping, killing, and dismembering twelve young men who were addicted to methamphetamine between 2009 and 2015, although authorities believe he killed twenty men. Castillo was convicted of three of the murders and sentenced to a hundred twenty years in prison. At least one other victim of Castillo remains unidentified.
