Christopher "Charlie" Mammana (born 1918) was a man whose remains were found in a makeshift campsite in a wooded area in Tampa, Florida. He was thought to be a homeless individual last seen in October 1994.
He was identified by Othram in August 2024. He was known as "Bob" while unidentified.
Background[]
Mammana was originally from Pennsylvania, but moved to the Tampa, Florida area in the early 1990s after the death of his wife. His family lost contact with him after his move to Florida; his digital footprint also ended in 1993.
During the investigation into his disappearance, a gravestone bearing his name was found in a cemetery in Easton, Pennsylvania, however there were no records of him having been buried there.
