"Carlos Rodriguez" was the possible name of a man who was found in the backyard of a house on North Harco Drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
He was known to have lived in a disabled vehicle and was last seen alive during the evening of April 8th. No signs of trauma were found on his body and he had not voiced any discomfort or pain the last time he was seen.
