Brunswick County John Doe was a man who was found in a wooded area near US Route 1 by a deer hunter in Brunswick County, Virginia.

- Brown hair.
- Numerous old fractures consistent with a vehicle accident or falling from a great height:
- Fractures of the nose, upper jaw, cheekbones, left collarbone, ribs on the right side, and the left arm.
- Several skull fractures to the front and side of the head.
- Had undergone a craniotomy surgery and a burr hole procedure.
- Injuries resulting in facial asymmetry, with the right side higher and right eye lower than left.
- Arthritis affecting the lumbar spine.
- Poor dentition.
