Robert Bruce McPhail (known by his middle name) was a man found deceased in the Intercoastal Waterway off Flagler Beach in northeast Florida. He had been bound, shot in the head and stabbed. Investigators believe he was killed, taken to the location by boat and dumped.
He was identified with assistance from Othram, Inc on August 17, 2023.
McPhail moved to the South Florida area sometime in the mid-1990s. He originally came from the Kenora/Winnipeg area of Manitoba, Canada and had a passion for boating.
