Brownsweg John Doe was a man who was found injured behind a bus shelter in the Brokopondo district of Brownsweg, Suriname. He died sometime after being transported to the hospital. His case is considered a possible homicide.

On the afternoon of 12 April 2020, Brownsweg police were alerted to a report of a seriously injured man lying behind a bus shelter near the Brownsweg intersection and a road leading to Koffiekamp. Police noted that they could not approach him and allowed an ambulance to transport him to a nearby medical clinic. It is unknown how much longer the decedent survived, but he is noted to have died at the clinic later. Doctors reported that he had sustained injuries to his head and face, though it is unknown if they were knife wounds or wounds from a blunt-force object. The Surinamese Public Prosecution Office has since seized his body.
