The victim was found floating off the jetty at the marine entrance to Port Everglades in the aftermath of Hurricane Dennis, a Category 4 hurricane that killed 88 people, including this victim, across the Eastern US Seaboard and the Caribbean.

- Short and scruffy black and gray beard and mustache.

Clothing and accessories[]
- Speedo-style, yellow swimsuit with dark trim. The seams and drawstring of the swimsuit were all hand-stitched, so he might've been Cuban in origin.
