Brandon Ray Parlanti was a man who was found wrapped in a tarp under an old vehicle liner in Happy Jack Wash near Yucca, Arizona.
He was identified with assistance from Othram Inc. in July 2023. In August 2023, 29-year-old Shannon Allen Powell and 52-year-old Bryan Keith Gibson were arrested and charged with the second-degree murder of Parlanti and the abandonment of his body.
