Boca Raton Jane Doe was a Haitian refugee who drowned after her boat capsized.
Case
Jane Doe was found near a hotel in Boca Raton, Florida, alongside eight men and two women. An additional victim was found in St. Augustine several days later. A Haitian freight ship, the Esperancia, capsized the Sunday before the bodies were discovered, but only ten people were thought to be on board.
