Betty Jean Benton (born February 27, 1954) was a woman whose skeletal remains were found on a railroad embankment near the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She was identified in April 2025 by Othram and Ramapo College.
Benton was born in Louisiana, but lived most of her life in Chicago, Illinois. Her family last had contact with her in February 1991, when she told them she was in North Carolina. She was officially reported missing in 1992.
