Baxter County John Doe was a man found in Bull Shoals lake near the Marion County line in an area known as the Howard Creek Arm. A backpack and a bicycle were found nearby, with a receipt in the backpack from a mall in Phoenix, Arizona. His cause of death was drowning, but the manner of which was undetermined.
