Barbara Kaye Sterling Williams, known as "Jane Doe 2" while unidentified, was a woman whose body was discovered near an interstate exit ramp in 1991. She was identified in 1999, and her husband, Howell Williams Jr., was convicted of her murder. Prior to her identification, her case was thought to be related to the murders of several other women found in the Great Basin area.
She had never been reported missing.
