Barbara Heyward Manners (June 9, 1951 - May 19, 1985) was a woman whose body was found burning in a pile of tires near a highway in Connecticut. Her hands and feet had been removed, and they have never been recovered. She was last seen alive with her daughter, Lamika, who remains missing.
She was identified by Othram in November 2024.
