Baltimore County Jane Doe was a woman who died by suicide in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1971.

Case[]

The victim was found in a wooded area on the grounds of a city park on June 3, 1971. She had died on May 30, 1971, as her postmortem interval was estimated at 4 days.

Newspaper articles stated that the woman was tentatively identified as Crystal M. Ford, but this has apparently never been verified. She left behind a suicide note, but it has never been publicly released. It is also stated that the woman may have been a Christian, was married, and knew how to write in short-hand.
