In the morning hours of Saturday, August 28, 1976, a pedestrian attempting to cross lanes of traffic along Interstate 15 was struck and killed by a southbound automobile about 1.5 miles south of the Baker Boulevard over-cross.
Characteristics[]
- Short, medium-length black hair in an afro style.
- Hazel eyes.
- 3/4 scar just below the navel.
- 1/2 scar on the right breast.
- 1 inch irregular scar over the abdominal area.
- Previously pierced earlobes; however, the perforations had healed.
- Her fingernails had remnants of black nail polish.
