Baker County John Doe was a man whose skull and left femur were found in a wooded area of northeast Florida. No teeth were recovered and no evidence of trauma was present.

He is currently undergoing testing by the DNA Doe Project. In September 2022, it was revealed that he had Hispanic ancestry and had ties to Colombia, specifically the regions of Caldas and Antioquia. DNA Doe Project revealed locations of interest include Aranzazu, Manizales and Medellín. Surnames he might be connected to include Ocampo, Giraldo, Ramírez, Mejía, Escobar, Gutiérrez, Echeverri, Botero, Londoño, Trujillo, Restrepo, Vélez, Zuluaga, Salazar, Jaramillo, Hoyos, Montoya, Restrepo, Ochoa, and Peláez.
