Anwar Ayala-Rodriguez was a boy whose charred remains were found alongside the remains of his father in a burn pit by authorities investigating a reported missing person's case on a cannabis farm.
The father and son worked for Christopher Gamble on the farm and he killed them for “undermining him.”
Gamble was convicted of their murder in May 2023. It's unclear when exactly they were positively identified, but at the trial it was confirmed the remains were theirs.
