Amsterdam-Rijncanal John Doe was a man whose body was discovered in 2003. He is believed to be from northern Asia.
According to the Doe Network, he was identified in 2019. However, he is still listed in the Netherlands police database as unidentified.
Case[]
The victim's body was found in a canal, he had been murdered. Isotope research showed he'd only been in the Netherlands for a few weeks before he was murdered. He was possibly Chinese. A plastic bag was found with the body, from a Sports store in Amsterdam that hadn't been open since 2001.
