Addison County Jane Doe was a woman found shot to death alongside two children, Addison County John Doe, and Addison County Doe.
Case[]
Her skeletal remains were found off of an old logging road in East Middlebury, Vermont, along with a male skeleton around the age of 9-11, and another of undetermined sex around the age of 13-15. DNA testing indicated she was related to at least one of the children.
The location has recently been identified as close to Burnham Drive, a road that did not exist at the time. Her cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, and she possibly died around 1932-34.
