Abreschviller Jane Doe was a woman whose body was found in a sealed rainwater barrel in 2005. Her throat had been slit and her pelvis was broken, and her body was described as being 'bent in half' in order to fit in the barrel. The barrel she was found in is stated to have been manufactured in England, but sold in French Castorama stores.
