Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj was a boy who was abducted by his father from his mother's residence in December 2017. His decomposed remains were found in August 2018 on a compound in New Mexico, and remained unidentified for over a week after his discovery. His father and several other people have been charged with his death, as well as the severe neglect of eleven other children found living on the compound.
